SHIPPING POLICY
We ship via USPS and UPS to the United States and global shipping is available upon request. We endeavor to accommodate all requests, but due to shipping weight of some products, some services may not be available across all providers. Shipping cost estimates will be provided at time of payment and actual expenses may vary, differences to be absorbed by us (i.e., customers will only pay estimated shipping cost for specified shipping method). Shipping insurance above standard carrier coverage is available upon request and costs will be added to estimated shipping costs.
RETURN POLICY
We stand by our products and will accept reasonable requests for product returns or exchanges within 30 days of the date of shipment to the customer. Custom orders are not eligible for exchange. We reserve the right to address return requests on a case by case basis. Customer assumes responsibility for return postage and handling charges.
PAYMENT METHOD
We accept credit and debit cards (via Square), ACH, PayPal, and Venmo. Customers local to Northwest Arkansas may also pay using Check or Cash.
